Truffled Chicken and Wild Mushrooms for Weight Loss
This recipe is great for weight-loss, and also during a 7-day detox when you are not having grains, and minimal starch and fats.
Sautee organic pastured chicken with truffle thyme, wild mushrooms, carmelized onions and lots of garlic! I added in an entire bag of fresh spinach and let it wilt before serving. South Carolina Heirloom tomato slices on the side with roasted asparagus! Yum! The kids were starting to ask for pasta so their’s will have the chicken mixture on top.
